The important question is no longer only whether you can write correct code. It is whether you can specify the right intent, delegate implementation clearly, and design the systems that prove the result is correct.&lt;/p>
&lt;p>That is what it means to become an AI-native engineer.&lt;/p>
&lt;p>This is more than being a software engineer who uses an AI coding tool. An AI-native engineer gets leverage from communication and judgment while implementation is increasingly handled by agents. The code still matters. The engineer&amp;rsquo;s effort is simply applied differently: less time producing every line, more time deciding what should exist and how its correctness will be established.&lt;/p></description></item></channel></rss>
